We’ve entered into Summer, a time of year when the sun is its brightest and most direct in the sky, making for hot temperatures and increased energy. It’s a great time of year to be outside, relax, play, cultivate gratefulness, and direct increased energy toward an endeavor or pleasures in one’s life. Simultaneously, we’re facing challenging conditions within our environments, and we all stand to learn a great deal from nature in helping us survive and thrive during this time of year.

Join us for the Summer 2017 Full Circle, an Ayurvedic seasonal health gathering that includes meditation, knowledge sharing about the season change and its effect on us, and a discussion led by Health & Wellness Counselor Marisa Gant and Ayurvedic Naturopath Dr. Anup Mulakaluri, ND, AWC.

In addition, you’ll complete an introspective exercise to learn how Ayurveda—a 5,000-year-old science and life health system—can help you:

  • Bolster your well-being state
  • Stay cool and have fun during a more heated time of year
  • Participate in a reflective community
  • Relax and enjoy the season through aligning with nature

Full Circle Quarterly Gatherings offer a ritualistic space to recalibrate with nature on or around the solstices and equinoxes. Many cultures consider these times as heightened transition points during the year to check in with oneself and make adjustments or shifts as needed to make it a bright and fulfilling year.
